KitchenAid Senior PGA Giveaway

RED DIRT GOLF COLLECTIVE (Sponsor), in partnership with KITCHENAID SENIOR PGA CHAMPIONSHIP (Sponsor), is hosting a Twitter giveaway from May 21, 2021 at 5 p.m. CST to May 23, 2021, at 8 p.m. Participants may enter the contest by retweeting the original post from RED DIRT GOLF COLLECTIVE. At the conclusion of the giveaway, RED DIRT GOLF COLLECTIVE will randomly select one (5) winners to receive a pair of Any Day tickets to the 2021 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Southern Hills Country Club.

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. This giveaway is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations, and void where prohibited by law. By submitting an entry into this giveaway, you understand and agree that the Sponsor(s), any individual acting on the Sponsor(s)’ behalf, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without limitation, your name, submission, likeness about the giveaway without any further notice, review, consent or compensation.

 Entries that do not include any required disclosures or that are not received by RED DIRT GOLF COLLECTIVE for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Bulk, automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Twitter account.

 Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the state number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, Twitter accounts, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that participant’s entries. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor(s) or forfeit the prize.

 Once the winner has been contacted by the Sponsor by Twitter direct message, the Winner must respond with a valid phone number for future communication regarding the scheduling of golf and accommodations.

 Five (5) Winners of the giveaway will receive the following:

·     Two (2) tickets to the 2021 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, valid for any single day.

 The actual prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize shall be determined solely by RED DIRT GOLF COLLECTIVE. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize not explicitly written above, including any and all local, state and federal taxes. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others, nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the Winner grants permission for the Sponsor(s) to use the Winner’s likeness, entry and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the giveaway. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the giveaway or violate these rules will be immediately disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

 Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this giveaway constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone or internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.
